Chris Ochoa was born in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents. Born as a first-generation American, it was much of a surprise to them when he decided to change his major from Nursing and devote his education and career to his one true passion; photography. Chris graduated with his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, where his love for the medium developed further. With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Chris harnesses the dual mediums of digital and film photography, which allows for a plethora of creative possibilities. Embracing a boundless curiosity and a versatile approach, Chris finds joy and fulfillment in capturing the diverse tapestry of life without confining himself to a single niche. Instead, he revels in the freedom to explore a myriad of subjects, from the ethereal beauty of landscapes to the intimate moments shared between individuals. This eclectic portfolio reflects his belief that every moment holds significance, and each scene offers an opportunity to uncover beauty in unexpected places. Chris’ ultimate goal in life is to become an Art Director or Photographer for Apple.

Chris now resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
